About the Company:

Our client is an award winning organisation and a provider of multilingual customer experience and technical support solutions to giant global brands, headquartered in Cork.

The hiring company is looking for a German Customer Support Specialist who will provide exceptional customer service via various channels for one of their global clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent support experience to customers’ users via email, phone and chat
  • Investigate and research user issues
  • Identify and escalate bugs to resolve user issues as quickly as possible
  • Always be on the lookout for ways to improve the status quo
  • Advocate for users and pass ideas as well as best practices on to the rest of the team
  • Update the internal knowledge base when discovering something new
  • Establish effective working relationships within the team

Requirements:

  • Ideally third level education in one of the following: Journalism, Visual Communications, Computer Science/ Web Design, Linguistics/ Languages, Humanities, Commerce, Finance
  • Fluent in German and English 
  • Previous support experience

  • Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner

  • Comfortable working with computers
