German Customer & Tech Support Specialist AHK 17-008


About the company:

Our client is an award winning company situated in Cork. They currently have great opportunities for multilingual Sales Specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Provision of an excellent support experience to customers users via email and occasionally via phone and chat
  • Research user issues and identify and escalate bugs so they can be resolved as soon as possible
  • Always be on the lookout for continuous improvement
  • Act as an advocate for users and hand ideas and best practices on to the rest of the team
  • Establish good and effective working relationships with team members
  • Update the internal knowledge base when you discover something new

Requirements/Competencies

  • Native German speaker with fluency in English
  • Third level education in one of the following desired: Journalism, Visual Communications, Computer Science/ Web Design, Linguistics/Languages, Humanities, Commerce, Finance
  • Previous support experience
  • Empathy and communication in a caring and friendly manner important
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
  • Ability to work with systems you may not have come across before
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable working with computers
  • Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and to deliver the best customer experience
