Sales and Marketing Executive (German speaking) AHK 18-001


About the Company:

Our client is a leading provider of software solutions to the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Sector, with an expanding business currently implementing projects in Asia and Europe.

The hiring company is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive (German speaking) to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will work with the Business Development Manager and focus on campaigns to help generate awareness and sales opportunities. You will work closely with the German sales team and with a leading German marketing company to ensure the sales and marketing objectives for the German market are met. The candidate will also work closely with the client’s marketing manager.


  • Increase awareness of our client in their target markets
  • Grow Sales Pipeline for German Region
  • Research, identify, and target senior decision makers in mid / large-level organisations
  • Develop marketing campaigns and co-ordinate marketing activities
  • Help develop and implement a marketing strategy for the region
  • Help schedule appointments for our German sales team
  • Visit Germany (typically monthly) to meet prospects and demonstrate our offering
  • Build strong relationships (both remotely and face to face) with prospects, agents, etc. 
  • CRM database management of all sales and marketing activities
  • LinkedIn (or equivalent) Strategy
  • Digital Marketing & Analysis
  • Organise and attend events and exhibitions


  • Fluency in German and English– both written and oral
  • Sales and Marketing Experience
  • Recognised third level qualification in business, sales, marketing or other relevant degree
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
