2. Unternehmer-Gesellschaft: Mini GmbH – a very new type of company in existence since 2008 only, the Mini GmbH was an attempt by the Germans to compete with the Limited formation

-          Limited liability which provides protection to Shareholders

-          No minimum share capital required for incorporation, although a share capital of €25,000 must be accumulated

-          Few differences from the GmbH in terms of tax requirements
