On the 13th May the book Ireland and Germany: Partners in European Recovery was launched by the Minister for Finance, Michael Noonan.

The book focuses on Ireland’s and Germany’s contribution to the European recovery, the challenge of restoring prosperity and the importance of Ireland’s business model. It highlights German Irish Business relationships and stresses the importance of Europe’s common approach to overcoming the recent financial crisis.

Co-edited and co-authored by Ralf Lissek and Marc Coleman, the book contains a foreword by An Taoiseach Enda Kenny, a conclusion by Tanaiste Eamonn Gilmore as well as contributions from, amongst others, Dr. Peter Breuer (IMF), John Corrigan (NTMA), Dr. Stefan Gerlach (Central Bank of Ireland), Minister of State Brian Hayes (Department of Public Expenditure and Reform) and Christoph Müller (AerLingus)
