Irish Exporter to Germany Award 2012

The 1st ever Irish Exporter to Germany Awards Ceremony, which took place on Tuesday, 20th November 2012 in the Enterprise Ireland Head Office, was a great success.

 

The Irish Exporter to Germany Awards celebrate 50 years of Irish export success to Germany and honour those Irish companies and individuals who have successfully entered the German market.

 

The aim of the awards was to mark 50 years of Irish export success to Germany and the 50th anniversary of the opening of Ireland’s first trade office in Frankfurt in 1962.

 

The German-Irish Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Enterprise Ireland would like to congratulate the winners of the awards:

 

·         Best Overall Exporter: Combilift

 

·         Best Emerging Exporter: Dennison Trailers

 

·         Best German Online Presence: Cupprint

 

·         Outstanding Achievement: IDB Deutschland GmbH

 

 

The awards were presented by Ralf Zimmermann, President of the German-Irish Chamber of Industry and Commerce and MD Bayer Ireland, Frank Ryan, CEO Enterprise Ireland and Pat McGrath, CEO of Miele Ireland and our guest of honour, Minister for Education and Skills, Ruairi Quinn.

 

We would like to thank our guest of honour Minister for Education and Skills, Ruairi Quinn for joining us to celebrate these Irish success stories.
