Florian Koenig M.L.E.*

Florian has been an attorney at law since 1999 and owner of the Hamburg based Law firm Koenig & Kollegen. Florian is a teacher at the Brunswig law school OSTFALIA where he teaches IT-Law, Data protection. Florian teaches advanced training courses for other Lawyers and is a member of the national managing – committee of the national working group IT – Law of the German Attorney Association (“DAVIT”). Florian is the President of the Association of European and German Business Law (“GEDW e.V.”) and a member of the German-Irish Chamber of Industry & Commerce. Florian is also the founder and owner of the GmbH, a data security and data protection company. [*magister legum europae (Oslo/ Athen/ Hannover)]

Patrick Bamming, DEinternational Ireland – AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA)

 Patrick has been the head of the tax and legal department of DEinternational Ireland since 12 years. He currently has over more than 120 clients. Patrick has a German university business degree (Diploma Kaufmann). Patrick successfully completed an exam on the new data protection regulations (Datenschutzbeauftragter TUEV). The course focused on the legal requirements for companies, data mapping, duties of the Data Protection Officer, dealing with the national authorities for data collection and the IT requirements to secure data. The training course was organised and certified by the German certification authority TUEV and is one of the most current and up to date courses for EU Data Protection.

The “Data Protection Unit” is a cooperation of DEinternational and GmbH.
