3D-Metall Theobald e.K. is an additive manufacturing service provider who produces high quality metal parts for prototypes and small series up to 100pcs.

The focus of the company is on the production of small and delicate parts with wall thicknesses starting from 0.3mm (in some cases even 0.1mm). The use of 3D printing processes leads to a very streamlined process and therefore to a high speed production which satisfies customers with short lead times and high reliability.

3D-Metall produces prototypes for researchers of medical applications, production equipment for automotive suppliers, small series for producers of musical instruments and many things more.

The produced parts are made of stainless steel (316L / 1.4404) and bronze (CuSn10). Especially the later drives freedom of design and the quality of fine details to new frontiers. A personal contact can be assured and a feedback to improve the designs for manufacturing is possible.

3D MicroPrint GmbH is known for high-precision micro parts manufactured by Micro Laser Sintering. Since the company was founded in 2013 by EOS GmbH and 3D-Micromac AG, the additive manufacturing process has been further developed for micro parts and has been adapted to run an industrial production.

Today we are providing our customers the entire portfolio of design consulting for additive manufacturing, feasibility studies, prototype manufacturing up to serial production. Furthermore 3D MicroPrint offers material developments for exclusive technologies on demand. The key applications for micro parts are medical industry, wearables, semiconductors and micro industries, high frequency applications as well as aerospace.
