Housekeeper for the Ambassador´s residence
Responsibilities include:
Housekeeping and management of the official part of the Ambassador´s residence including
- Cleaning of the premises, organization of cleaning protocols
- Monitoring and procurement of supplies, monitoring deliveries
- Coordination with other members of the residence team
Preparing and organizing events, including
- Planning meals and receptions, including coordination of purchases
- Monitoring of food preparation
- Instruction of and overseeing service personnel
Preparing and serving simple meals for small groups for official events
Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Professional experience as cleaning personnel
- Professional experience organizing dinners and luncheons as well as preparing and serving meals, including breakfasts, luncheons
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure, professional attitude
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good communication and intercultural skills
This position is full-time, with 39 hours per week, the monthly salary will be 2,886. - Euro gross, 13th month salary, PRSI. Flexible availability out of office hours is occasionally required and compensated with time off in lieu.

Field Service Engineer - Pharmaceutical Machinery
International family-owned business based in Ireland with headquarters in Germany, with over 50 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer - Pharmaceutical Machinery to strengthen its team! In this role, you will support the local customer service team in various activities related to customers, ensuring high-quality service and technical expertise.
Your Responsibilities:
To ensure prompt and flexible support for machinery at customer sites, we are establishing and expanding a dedicated team of service technicians.
- Perform installations, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and modifications in accordance with customer requirements and established standards.
- Effectively communicate challenges to technical support and implement on-site workarounds.
- Conduct operator training and offer assistance to customers during production and shutdowns.
- Foster ongoing customer satisfaction by addressing recurring issues.
- Collaborate with the sales department to identify sales opportunities and actively participate in trade shows.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed technical training as a mechatronics engineer, industrial mechanic, electronics engineer or possess comparable knowledge and skills.
- Substantial experience as a service engineer with a focus on complex specialized machinery.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, demonstrating high flexibility, personal responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
Following a familiarisation period in Germany, the service assignment can be conducted remotely. The training period spans approximately 3-6 months, contingent on experience.
Office Administrator/ All-Rounder (Part-Time – 8 Hours/Month)

Faudi Aviation is a specialised provider in aviation filtration solutions with a strong international presence. As we establish our operational presence in Ireland, we are seeking a reliable and proactive part-time Office All-Rounder to support our initial setup and ongoing administrative needs.
Role Overview:
This is a flexible part-time position (8 hours per month to start), ideal for a well-organised, hands-on individual who can support the foundational aspects of our new office setup in Ireland and assist with a broad range of administrative and operational tasks as they arise.
Please note: The number of working hours may increase over the coming months depending on operational growth, though this cannot be guaranteed at this stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup of the Irish office, including liaising with service providers, handling basic registrations, and facilitating local logistics
- Manage general administrative duties: correspondence, filing, data entry, and document organisation
- Assist with internal communications and coordination with the German head office
- Provide ad-hoc support across various departments depending on needs (e.g., basic procurement, scheduling, reporting)
- Prepare simple reports and presentations as needed using Excel and PowerPoint
- Help maintain organised and up-to-date digital records and office systems
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a general administrative, operations, or office support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; German language skills are a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working with digital tools and handling a variety of evolving tasks
